HOW PUZZLE RIDES WORKS
In an Escape Room, you solve clues to go room to room, eventually getting out. On a Puzzle Ride, you solve clues to go location to location – eventually reaching your final destination, all in less than 75 minutes!
We have different difficulties of puzzle, see if you can beat our hardest, category 5 puzzles! Pick how easy or how hard you want your ride to be!

HIJACKED BY ELVES
This premium Puzzle Ride in Scottsdale, AZ, divides your private group of up to 25 people into teams of five or less; while the start is together, you’ll quickly head to different locations on the route! All teams will need to solve all route locations before racing to the final location – where you’ll turn in the scheming elf! Will your team be the ones to save Christmas? This ride was built specifically for team building, and is recommended for groups of 4 -25 people.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
Children must be 7 years old to participate on all rides. No children under the age of 7 are allowed to ride on the carts per Arizona car seat law.
On all rides, children under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by a paid participating parent or guardian. We require one adult per four children on every cart.
All rides must be booked one day in advance. Up to $50 surcharge for same-day bookings.

is there a weather policy?
We only cancel for weather if the roads are impassable and we can’t physically get to the location. Blizzards, snowstorms, haboobs…that’s about it! You can read our full weather policy HERE.
What is the cancellation policy?
Puzzle Rides does not offer direct refunds on any ride, but will issue a store credit good for one year should you have to cancel at any time or if weather causes us to postpone due to safety reasons. Puzzle Parties canceled or rescheduled less than 7 days before their booking time will be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee. We plan and staff our rides so our customers have an amazing experience. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding of this policy. Price does not include Puzzlemaster gratuity. Our Puzzlemasters work hard to make your experience one to remember and greatly appreciate tips. 10-20% is customary for private tours.
