Santa’s Naughty & Nice Lists have been stolen by a disgruntled Elf! Can you save the day by finding the missing lists and nab the elf who did it in the process? This family-friendly adventure is for kids ages 5 to 85! Enjoy a venture through historic Downtown Prescott as we hunt down the culprit and help Santa out!
Come dressed warmly for the rides in our golf cart “sleigh” – we will warm up at every location as we solve clues indoors!

Back for it’s 5th season! Our non-puzzling bit of Holiday Fun!
We provide the blankets and a thermos of hot chocolate, you can bring your sense of delight! Join Santa Tyler for some Christmas cheer: viewing the Christmas lights from our golf cart “sleigh!”
It’s like Jingle Bells without the horse!
This experience showcases the best of historic downtown Prescott’s lights, while sharing stories of Christmas in Prescott long ago.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
Children must be 8 years old to participate on all rides. No children under the age of 8 are allowed to ride on the carts per Arizona car seat law unless they are 4’9″ tall.
On all rides, children under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by a paid participating parent or guardian. We require one adult per four children on every cart.
All rides must be booked one day in advance. Up to $50 surcharge for same-day bookings.
You asked for a drinking ride! While there is no alcohol on any puzzle ride, check out our Puzzling Pub Crawls for the 21+ crowd!

is there a weather policy?
We only cancel for weather if the roads are impassable and we can’t physically get to the location. Blizzards, snowstorms, haboobs…that’s about it! You can read our full weather policy HERE.
What is the cancellation policy?
Puzzle Rides does not offer direct refunds on any ride, but will issue a store credit good for one year should you have to cancel at any time or if weather causes us to postpone due to safety reasons. Puzzle Parties canceled or rescheduled less than 7 days before their booking time will be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee. We plan and staff our rides so our customers have an amazing experience. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding of this policy. Price does not include Puzzlemaster gratuity. Our Puzzlemasters work hard to make your experience one to remember and greatly appreciate tips. 10-20% is customary for private tours.
