The Puzzle Rounds Challenge™ transforms your meeting or conference into a high-energy arena of teamwork, competition, and cheers. Designed specifically for groups from 100 to 300 participants, this 90-minute experience ensures that everyone at every table is an active player, not a passive spectator.

How It Works

We’ve engineered a competitive event that is as strategic as it is fun. The Puzzle Rounds Challenge is a highly-structured and meticulously-designed activity that we bring directly to your venue, ensuring a seamless, stress-free experience for you.

• Tables of 8–10 are split into two competing teams. This creates a contained, fast-paced environment at each table, fostering direct collaboration and friendly rivalry.
• The Challenge: Each team receives a Challenge Box (locked with four locks) and a Puzzle Box for each round’s group challenge.
• Unique Roles: The game begins with each team assigning one Locksmith to work independently on the Challenge Box. Meanwhile, the rest of the team collaborates to solve the Puzzle Box. Once the Locksmith opens their lock, they rejoin their teammates to help finish the Puzzle Box. This format ensures every participant contributes and highlights different skills.
• Dynamic Teams: After each round, the Challenge Boxes rotate to new tables, creating fresh team configurations and forcing new collaborations. This is designed to break down silos and encourage interaction across departments, a key benefit for any corporate team.
• The Grand Finale: In the final round, the Challenge Box itself becomes the ultimate puzzle. Your team must work together to unlock it, revealing a jigsaw and a riddle for the whole table to solve. The first team to solve their final puzzle wins the Grand Prize!

Beyond the Game: The Optional After Action Report

Team building is an investment. Our optional After Action Report is designed to ensure you get a significant return. Using the data collected on the Individual Time Cards, we can generate a detailed, post-event leadership and team dynamics report. This report reveals critical insights into communication, leadership, and problem-solving patterns. A virtual debrief with a Master Puzzlemaster is included to help you turn the gameplay into strategic, actionable business intelligence.
