What’s the Story Behind Hijacked by Elves?
Santa’s Naughty & Nice Lists have vanished — and a mischievous elf is determined to ruin Christmas! Your team must race through Old Town Scottsdale, solving festive puzzles and following clues to recover the stolen lists before the holiday is lost forever.
What’s My Mission on Hijacked by Elves?
Your mission is to catch the mischievous elf and save Christmas! Guided by your PuzzleMaster, your team will visit festive stops, tackle holiday-themed riddles, crack codes, and unlock the final clue to recover Santa’s lists and earn holiday bragging rights.

Guided by your PuzzleMaster, your group travels by golf cart to festive stops, solving holiday-themed puzzles at each location before uniting for the final quest to save Christmas.
How to Book Hijacked by Elves
To book your Scottsdale holiday puzzle tour, choose your group size below. This tour can accommodate private groups of up to 10 people.
- Groups of 2–5 people: Use the calendar to view availability and reserve your spot online for this golf cart adventure.
- Groups of 6 or more: Your private group will be divided into teams of five or fewer. Please call us directly at (602) 601-2261 to arrange your custom tour.
- Same-Day Booking: For last-minute reservations, please call us directly to check availability at (602) 601-2261.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
Children must be 8 years old to participate on all rides. No children under the age of 8 are allowed to ride on the carts per Arizona car seat law unless they are 4’9″ tall.
On all rides, children under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by a paid participating parent or guardian. We require one adult per four children on every cart.
All rides must be booked one day in advance. Up to $50 surcharge for same-day bookings.

is there a weather policy?
We only cancel for weather if the roads are impassable and we can’t physically get to the location. Blizzards, snowstorms, haboobs…that’s about it! You can read our full weather policy HERE.
IS THERE A WEIGHT LIMIT?
For everyone’s safety and comfort, our golf carts have a combined weight limit of 1250 lbs, including the driver. All guests must wear a seatbelt; extenders are available. If the seatbelt still can’t be fastened securely, we can’t accommodate you on the ride but will provide a voucher for a future one.

Price does not include Puzzlemaster gratuity. Our Puzzlemasters work hard to make your experience one to remember and greatly appreciate tips. 10-20% is customary for private tours.
This is a wonderful thing to do that gets you to really see Scottsdale but play a really fun game at the same time! It is like an escape room outdoors… Your guide drives you around in a golf cart and you solve a puzzle. It is very well written, and was a lot of fun. Our guide, Charlie, was outstanding!
