How Does Hijacked by Science Work?
Teams begin at a meeting location, then hop on golf carts to complete five science-infused challenges throughout downtown Prescott before racing to the final showdown, where the city’s fate is decided.
How to Book Hijacked by Science
To book your Prescott puzzle tour, choose your group size below. This tour can accommodate private groups of up to 10 people.
- Groups of 2–5 people: Use the calendar to explore our availability and reserve your spot online for this golf cart adventure.
- Groups of 6 or more: Your private group will be divided into teams of five or fewer. Please call us directly at (602) 601-2261 to arrange your custom tour.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
Children must be 8 years old to participate on all rides. No children under the age of 8 are allowed to ride on the carts per Arizona car seat law unless they are 4’9″ tall.
On all rides, children under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by a paid participating parent or guardian. We require one adult per four children on every cart.
All rides must be booked one day in advance. Up to $50 surcharge for same-day bookings.

is there a weather policy?
We only cancel for weather if the roads are impassable and we can’t physically get to the location. Blizzards, snowstorms, haboobs…that’s about it! You can read our full weather policy HERE.
IS THERE A WEIGHT LIMIT?
For everyone’s safety and comfort, our golf carts have a combined weight limit of 1250 lbs, including the driver. All guests must wear a seatbelt; extenders are available. If the seatbelt still can’t be fastened securely, we can’t accommodate you on the ride but will provide a voucher for a future one.

Price does not include Puzzlemaster gratuity. Our Puzzlemasters work hard to make your experience one to remember and greatly appreciate tips. 10-20% is customary for private tours.
I had a group of 9 girls in Prescott to celebrate my sisters 70th Birthday and wanted something fun and challenging. We were all family members and teamed up by age goups, the youngsters vs. the oldsters! The 2 puzzle guides were simply FANTASTIC and so fun to be with. They helped guide us, but never gave anything away. It really was a highlight of the trip!! And….us 4 oldsters beat the 5 youngsters!!!! A PERFECT ending ;>)
