What is the minimum age for children to participate?

Children must be at least 8 years old to participate in all rides. Arizona car seat law also requires children under 8 to be 4’9″ tall to ride in the carts.

Do children need to be accompanied by an adult?

Yes. All participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paid parent or guardian. One adult is required for every four children on each cart.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes. All rides must be booked at least one day in advance. Same-day bookings may be available with up to a $50 surcharge.

Is Enhanced Refund Protection available?

Yes. Enhanced Refund Protection can be purchased at checkout for an additional cost. Be sure to read all terms and conditions before purchasing.

Is alcohol allowed on Puzzle Rides?

No alcohol is allowed on regular Puzzle Rides. However, our Puzzling Pub Crawls are designed for the 21+ crowd and include stops at local bars.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! Hidden discounts are available throughout our website. Find the coupon codes on our pages and enter them at checkout to claim your special discount.

What is your weather policy?

We only cancel rides if roads are impassable due to severe weather such as blizzards, snowstorms, or haboobs. In all other cases, rides continue as scheduled.

Should we tip our PuzzleMaster?

Yes. Tips are not included in the ride price. PuzzleMasters work hard to make your experience fun and memorable, and gratuity of 10–20% is customary for private tours.

What’s the Story?

Avery Stone was brutally murdered mid-flight, 30,000 feet in the air. Now, the investigation has landed in Old Town Scottsdale. This two-hour murder mystery challenge transports your team from bar to bar, where you will receive confidential investigation kits and exclusive access to evidence and suspects in this high-stakes crime.

What’s My Mission?

Your mission is to deduce whodunit before the end of the night. At each of the three bars, your team will have 40 minutes to sift through new evidence, question the suspects, and piece together the sequence of events that led to Avery Stone’s demise. The team that correctly identifies the killer, motive, and method will win the grand prize.

How It Works

Teams of five or fewer are given unique investigation kits and race across three bars to examine evidence and piece together the murder mystery.

IS THERE A WEIGHT LIMIT?

For everyone’s safety and comfort, our golf carts have a combined weight limit of 1250 lbs, including the driver. All guests must wear a seatbelt; extenders are available. If the seatbelt still can’t be fastened securely, we can’t accommodate you on the ride but will provide a voucher for a future one.

Price does not include Puzzlemaster gratuity. Our Puzzlemasters work hard to make your experience one to remember and greatly appreciate tips. 10-20% is customary for private tours.
