What is the minimum age for children to participate?

Children must be at least 8 years old to participate in all rides. Arizona car seat law also requires children under 8 to be 4’9″ tall to ride in the carts.

Do children need to be accompanied by an adult?

Yes. All participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paid parent or guardian. One adult is required for every four children on each cart.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes. All rides must be booked at least one day in advance. Same-day bookings may be available with up to a $50 surcharge.

Is Enhanced Refund Protection available?

Yes. Enhanced Refund Protection can be purchased at checkout for an additional cost. Be sure to read all terms and conditions before purchasing.

Is alcohol allowed on Puzzle Rides?

No alcohol is allowed on regular Puzzle Rides. However, our Puzzling Pub Crawls are designed for the 21+ crowd and include stops at local bars.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! Hidden discounts are available throughout our website. Find the coupon codes on our pages and enter them at checkout to claim your special discount.

What is your weather policy?

We only cancel rides if roads are impassable due to severe weather such as blizzards, snowstorms, or haboobs. In all other cases, rides continue as scheduled.

Should we tip our PuzzleMaster?

Yes. Tips are not included in the ride price. PuzzleMasters work hard to make your experience fun and memorable, and gratuity of 10–20% is customary for private tours.

You’ll sip holiday spirits and enjoy seasonal drinks while solving holiday-themed puzzles. This crawl is a holiday puzzle party on wheels, offering two ways to play:

Reindeer Games: Puzzles based on four TV holiday classics (perfect for fans of Charlie Brown and the Grinch).
Silver Bells: Puzzles and bar selections inspired by iconic holiday music (ideal for music lovers).

What’s My Mission?

Your mission is to gather your crew and solve your way to a jolly victory! Your team must crack unique holiday-themed puzzles and challenges at each of the three featured bars. Race against the clock and the competition, earning bragging rights as the official Jingle Bar Hop champions.

How It Works

This crawl for ages 21+ starts at a designated meet-up spot, guiding your team to three Old Town Scottsdale bars to solve puzzles inspired by TV or music themes.

How do I Book?

To book your Scottsdale puzzle tour, choose your group size below. Our tour can accommodate private groups of 2–10 people on weekends, and 2-15 people on weekdays.

Groups of 2–10 people: Use the calendar to explore our availability to reserve your spot online for this golf cart adventure.
Groups of 11 or more: Your private group will be divided into teams of five or fewer. Please call us directly at (602) 601-2261 to arrange your custom tour.

IS THERE A WEIGHT LIMIT?

For everyone’s safety and comfort, our golf carts have a combined weight limit of 1250 lbs, including the driver. All guests must wear a seatbelt; extenders are available. If the seatbelt still can’t be fastened securely, we can’t accommodate you on the ride but will provide a voucher for a future one.

Price does not include Puzzlemaster gratuity. Our Puzzlemasters work hard to make your experience one to remember and greatly appreciate tips. 10-20% is customary for private tours.
