IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
• Pick-Up & Return Times Matter
Your Santa Sack must be picked up and returned during your selected rental window:
Daytime Rental: 12 PM–4 PM
Overnight (Mon–Sat): Pick up 4–5 PM, return by 11 AM
Overnight (Sunday): Pick up 3–4 PM, return Monday by 11 AM
Please arrive on time—we prep each kit for the next group.

• Refunds & Cancellations
This is a non-refundable purchase. Should you have to cancel you will receive a store credit of equal value good for 60 days.
Cancellations inside 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable.
• Damage & Loss
You are responsible for all items inside the Santa Sack while it’s in your care.
Optional $10 Damage & Loss Protection covers accidental damage, spills, jammed locks, or missing pieces.
Without protection, replacement costs apply for lost or damaged items, up to the full value of the kit.
• Late Returns
Returning your Santa Sack late may result in a $10 fee for every 15 minutes past the return time, up to the full replacement cost of the kit.
• Card on File Required
A valid credit card is required for rental.
Charges may be applied for late returns, missing items, or damage not covered by protection.
• Indoor Use Recommended
The escape game is designed for indoor play. Keep items away from liquids, pets, and extreme weather.
• Quick Condition Check
When you drop your Santa Sack off, a staff member will complete a fast check to confirm all components are returned.
• Weather & Emergencies
Puzzle Rides may reschedule or cancel rentals due to severe weather or safety concerns. Refund or credit decisions are made at our discretion.
