What is the minimum age for children to participate?

Children must be at least 8 years old to participate in all rides. Arizona car seat law also requires children under 8 to be 4’9″ tall to ride in the carts.

Do children need to be accompanied by an adult?

Yes. All participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paid parent or guardian. One adult is required for every four children on each cart.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes. All rides must be booked at least one day in advance. Same-day bookings may be available with up to a $50 surcharge.

Is Enhanced Refund Protection available?

Yes. Enhanced Refund Protection can be purchased at checkout for an additional cost. Be sure to read all terms and conditions before purchasing.

Is alcohol allowed on Puzzle Rides?

No alcohol is allowed on regular Puzzle Rides. However, our Puzzling Pub Crawls are designed for the 21+ crowd and include stops at local bars.

Do you offer discounts?

What is your weather policy?

We only cancel rides if roads are impassable due to severe weather such as blizzards, snowstorms, or haboobs. In all other cases, rides continue as scheduled.

Should we tip our PuzzleMaster?

Yes. Tips are not included in the ride price. PuzzleMasters work hard to make your experience fun and memorable, and gratuity of 10–20% is customary for private tours.

Yes. Golf carts have a combined weight limit of 1,250 pounds including the driver. All guests must wear a seatbelt. Extenders are available, but if a seatbelt cannot be fastened securely, we cannot accommodate the rider. A voucher for a future ride will be provided.

What’s the Story?

Celebrate the holiday season in Arizona’s Christmas City! The Christmas Cocoa Crawl is a festive tradition taking you to three charming Prescott cafés. You’ll sip rich hot cocoa, enjoy the twinkling lights of downtown, and embark on a merry adventure to solve holiday-themed puzzles and unlock the secrets of the season. Puzzles are based on four holiday TV classics (perfect if you love the Grinch and Frosty) and others are inspired by classic Christmas songs (ideal for music lovers).

What’s My Mission?

Your mission is to find the perfect blend of puzzle-solving and holiday cheer! Guided by your PuzzleMaster, your team will visit three festive cafés. At each location, you must tackle creative, holiday-themed riddles that challenge your teamwork and observation skills. After completing all three stops, your group will finish the final holiday quest to earn celebratory bragging rights!

How It Works

Guided by your PuzzleMaster, your group travels by golf cart to three festive cafés, solving holiday-themed puzzles at each stop before uniting for the final quest.

How do I Book?

To book your Prescott holiday puzzle tour, choose your group size below. Our tour can accommodate private groups of 2–10 people.

Groups of 2–5 people: Use the calendar to view availability and reserve your spot online.
